I have been drawing more which is good, great to get back to using my hands and experimenting with different styles.
I have been especially inspired by visceralmilk and itsonlyalice for their use of multimedia and texture. I keep forgetting you can use more than one material in art, and it's awe-inspiring to see what they do with papers-craps, paint, ink, thread, and glitter.

And what's with the popularity of this kind of photography?
Square pictures of nature, shot in macro mode, with tons of blur surrounding the subject? Yes they are gorgeous, and artfully done. But it's strange to see SO MUCH of it since I came back.
